Over the last few years the price of an SSD drive has fallen dramatically. Causing many people to consider upgrading. SSD drives will make your computer perform considerable faster and secure your data better than a HHD hard drive.

What is Remote Computer Support

We offer both on-site and remote computer support. Provided you can access the Internet, we can diagnose and repair most problems with your computer. This provides you with immediate support at a much lower price compared to on-site repair.

What if you can’t fix my problem remotely?

If we cannot remedy a particular problem remotely, we will schedule either an onsite visit to your location or arrange for you to drop off your computer to us.

Troubleshooting Tips

Run a Complete Virus Scan

First make sure your Anti-Virus software is up to date. If not, update it then run a complete system scan. Your software should find and remove the unwanted infections.

Update All of Your Software

Start with your operating system and then check programs such as your web browser, email program and Anti-Virus software. Most of these programs will auto-update but you should check the settings to make sure.

Remove all Unused Programs

Remove all old unused programs from your computer. This will help speed up your system and also help protect you from security issuses due to outdated software.

Reinstall Operating System

If all else fails, you can reinstall your operating system. You will want to backup all of your data before preforming this step. For Windows, go to Settings then Update & Security then Recovery and choose Reset this PC. On a Mac Operating system, hold down Cmd+R as you press the power button to launch the Utilities program
